There has been a lot of conversation about this.
Is it possible to swap the parts between you like I suggest above? I know that some parts are really high, especially 3T. I hope this will work. I really would like to have a two-per-part choir. If not, we will probably have to perform the choirs with only one per part...
Please, remember that the high pitch choirs are mostly not very long.
