Dear all,
This is the biggest and longest project with Göteborg Baroque ever! We will therefore stay in various places throughout the production. Most of us will at some point or another stay at Comfort Hotel, where we have our corporate rate. It is ideally located next to the tram stop Stenpiren. From there, tram 9 runs to the stop Vagnhallen Majorna, which is the closest tram stop to Röda Sten Konsthall.
Some of you will also be staying at AirBnB apartments/houses for parts or all of the project. Those of you will receive individual information from me. It is the first time we are using AirBnB for Göteborg Baroque. Therefore, we kindly ask you to follow the house rules set up by the hosts and to leave the apartment in a nice condition so that we may receive nice ratings.

In order to keep our costs as low as possible, I have booked at Comfort Hotel with a mix of low web rates and our fixed corporate rate. Some of you have also chosen to arrive a day early, paying the first night yourselves. For that reason, many of you stay with several different bookings in the same period. Comfort Hotel are usually very good at making sure that you can keep the same room for the entire period. Just make sure to mention this as you check in the first day.

- if you need to make any changes, contact me (Leif). The hotel and/or the hosts do not have the full picture. Previous projects, we have lost thousands of kronor due to unused prepaid rooms, while we were paying full price for other rooms.
